Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be accepted for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to return your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • perishable products (food, flowers, plants),

  • personalized products (special orders, custom-made items),

  • personal care items (beauty products).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, then, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the product of your choice.


14-day right of withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you if the refund is approved or not. If it is the case, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method, within 10 business days .
